From the training plan a programme of training throughout the year is developed together with a training budget for incorporation into the main business plan.

Priority is given to Health and Safety training to ensure that the Company complies with legislative requirements and that any risks associated with the workplace are assessed and minimized.

Training is also carried out to ensure continuous improvement of individuals at all levels of the business.

Westgale Ltd operates an apprenticeship scheme in key trades to ensure that the right skills will be available for the future.
